How to make Pork Rolls with Apple
Cut the brisket into strips and fry over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is transparent. Add the diced apples and heat for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the pork loin into portions and beat. It is convenient to do this in a plastic bag. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grease a broken piece of meat with mustard, take spicy varieties. Place a spoonful of filling on one end and roll into a roll. Repeat with all the chops. Optionally, you can tie the rolls with threads.
Fry the rolls in hot oil until golden brown.
Drain off excess fat and pour over the meat with wine. Evaporate half of the wine over high heat, then add half a glass of boiling water, add a little salt. Add mustard and sour cream, mix well and simmer the rolls, turning occasionally, for about 20 minutes.
Remove the rolls onto a plate and keep warm. Add finely grated oatmeal cookies to the sauce - classic, no additives. Or replace it with gingerbread, gingerbread cookies - natural, no flavors. Simmer until the sauce thickens and the cookies are completely dissolved. The finished sauce can be rubbed through a sieve or punch with a blender if you want to achieve complete homogeneity.
Return the rolls to the sauce, heat a little, and serve immediately.
