- Chicken Breast - 4 Pieces
- BBQ sauce - 300 Grams
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
How to make Baked Chicken Breasts
1 Rinse and dry the chicken breast. Hit with a meat hammer. 2 Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Arrange the chicken breast, season with salt, pepper and generously brush with half of the barbecue sauce. 3 Cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. 4 When the breast is baked, remove the foil and brush with the remaining barbecue sauce. Reduce the oven to 100 degrees and brown the meat for another 5-10 minutes until a nice crust. 5 Bon appetit!
