How to cook "Chakhokhbili from chicken legs"
Wash and pat dry chicken legs with paper towels. Then chop into small pieces with a meat hatchet.
Peel and wash the onion, cut into half rings. Heat the oil in a saucepan or heavy-bottomed saucepan. Put the onion in it and sauté until transparent.
Then add the chicken pieces to the onion, stir and fry the ingredients for another ten minutes. The chicken should take on a golden hue.
You will need fresh tomatoes for this dish. To make them easy to peel off, make cruciform cuts on the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them. Then cool and clean.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and place over the onions and chicken. Also add finely chopped chili peppers to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer over low heat for about an hour, covered.
Wash the greens, dry and chop finely with a knife. Peel the garlic and pass through a press or grate. Five minutes before cooking, add herbs and garlic to the chakhokhbili, salt, pepper and mix. Enjoy your meal!
