I present to your attention an idea of how to cook an unusual, but very tasty "Charlotte". There are no eggs, sugar, and pure flour. In addition to apples, banana and raisins are used as additives. It turns out an amazing dessert that literally melts in your mouth. Surely, both adults and kids will like this cake.

- Toast bread or rolls - 300 Grams
- Apples - 3-4 Pieces
- Milk - 1 Glass
- Banana - 1 Piece
- Raisins - 50 Grams
- Butter - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Vanilla, cinnamon - 1 Pinch
How to cook "Unusual" Charlotte "
1 Peel and mash the banana into a puree. 2 Add sour cream and milk, for flavor - vanilla and cinnamon. Beat everything thoroughly until smooth. 3 Grease an ovenproof dish with oil. 4 Dip slices of bread (rolls) into the banana mixture on both sides and place in a mold. 5 Peel and slice the apples, removing the core. Place in an even layer on top of the bread. 6 Place a handful of raisins on top. Repeat the layers again - bread, apples, raisins. Depending on the size of the mold, you get 2-4 layers. 7 Arrange the apples on top, drizzle with the rest of the milk mixture and melted butter. To make the "Charlotte" more tender, leave it collected for about an hour before baking. 8 Then send to the oven preheated to 160-170 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Enjoy your tea!
