- Onions - 1 Piece
- Frozen porcini mushrooms - 280 Grams
- Fresh champignons - 280 Grams
- Thyme stalks - 10 Pieces
- Vegetable Broth - 1 Glass
- Flour - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Almond Milk - 1 Glass
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 1/2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper - To taste
How to cook "Soup with frozen porcini mushrooms"
1 Prepare all ingredients: wash, clean. Chop the onion, garlic and mushrooms. 2 Fry the onions in a large saucepan in vegetable oil. Fry for 5-7 minutes over medium heat, then add the mushrooms and simmer for another 5 minutes. 3 Add the thyme sprigs, after removing the leaves from them. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for 10 minutes. 4 Next, add salt, bay leaf, soy sauce. Fill everything with vegetable broth, almond milk. Next, we send frozen porcini mushrooms, flour to the soup and mix everything thoroughly. 5 Cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly so that the flour does not become lumps. Salt and pepper to taste.
