How to make Pepperoni Pizza
Defrost the puff pastry, roll it into a layer. It should be about 0.5 centimeters thick. Then trim the edges of the dough to form a round base.
Make pizza sauce. To do this, in a bowl, mix curd cheese with cream, add ground garlic and nutmeg. Salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Place the rolled dough on top of it and brush with sauce.
