How to cook "Beef Stew with Pickles"
We start preparing the dish by preparing the main ingredients. We clean the vegetables, rinse the meat thoroughly under water.
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and begin to fry the beef pre-cut into pieces. Fry until golden brown.
Gradually add vegetables to the meat. First, we send onions to the pan, then carrots, hot peppers, pickles.
Add the chopped tomato, mix everything well. Add water, cover and simmer everything together for 30 minutes. Rub the garlic with coarse salt, add to the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes.
While the meat is stewing, in a separate frying pan, you can fry the potatoes, cut into cubes. Once it's browned, you can add it to meats and vegetables.
We decorate the finished dish with parsley sprigs and serve! Enjoy your meal!
