How to make "Homemade liver pate"
These products will be needed to make the pate. Chicken liver must be thoroughly cleaned and soaked for 8 hours in milk before cooking.
Chop the bacon thinly and fry it in half the amount of butter until lightly browned. Peel the onion and garlic, cut as thin as possible and add to the bacon. Fry until the onions are transparent.
After 8 hours, remove the liver from the milk, dry with paper towels. Place the liver in a skillet.
Fry for 8-10 minutes. Add cognac and light. Do this carefully so as not to burn yourself. The flame will burn for 30 seconds.
Transfer the contents of the skillet to a bowl. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, thyme, and remaining melted butter.
