How to cook "Chahan"

1 Rinse the rice and pour in 200 ml. water in a saucepan, let the water boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the water is completely absorbed. Turn off the heat and let the rice stand, covered for 15 minutes. 2 In a saucepan or saucepan, combine vinegar, salt and sugar and put on fire, cook until they are completely dissolved. 3 In a wide bowl, stir the rice and vinegar dressing until the rice clumps together. 4 Cut the meat into small pieces, chop the onion and ginger, and cut the carrots and peppers into strips. 5 In a deep skillet, chop the butter and brown the meat quickly (in small batches) until golden brown. Then transfer everything to a plate. 6 Then reduce heat and fry the onion in the same oil for about 2 minutes.
