How to cook "Puff yeast dough"

1 Sift the flour first, then add yeast and salt to it. Mix all ingredients. 2 Measure out 15 grams of butter and add it to the dry ingredients, pour in vinegar, cold water. 3 Knead the dough and form a lump out of it, wrap in plastic or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-5 hours. 4 Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a thin layer, place the butter in the center and wrap each side towards the center, forming an envelope. 5 Roll out the dough again, but not so thin that the dough breaks.
