Peel the onions and garlic, wash and pat dry. Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion and garlic in it, sauté until transparent.
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, make cuts on them and peel them off. Grate vegetables and place in a skillet. Simmer over low heat for ten minutes.
It is better to use large, king shrimps. Peel them from the shell and head, put the seafood in the tomato sauce. Simmer for another three minutes, stirring occasionally.
