Vinaigrette is the most popular boiled vegetable salad that we have loved since childhood. On the Internet, I saw a lot of vinaigrette options: with beans, and with rice, and even with herring. But according to my taste, as well as the preferences of my household, I always prepare my favorite, "standard" vinaigrette. The name was given to him "Simple" and due to the fact that he really just prepares and does not take much time.

- Beets - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 4 Pieces
- Pickled cucumber - 3 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 2 Pieces
- Sauerkraut - 100 Grams
- Green onion - 20 Grams
- Green peas - 50-80 Grams
- Salt, pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 3-4 Art. spoons
How to make Simple Vinaigrette
Prepare the required ingredients. Rinse vegetables, boil potatoes, carrots and beets until tender.
Peel the beets, cut into small cubes and send to the salad bowl. After that, add one spoonful of vegetable oil and stir well so that all the beetroot pieces are covered with oil. Thanks to this, the rest of the vegetables will not turn burgundy.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Peel and chop the carrots as well.
Finely chop the onion and send it to the rest of the vegetables.
If your cucumbers are thin, you can leave the peel on, cut into cubes and send them to the salad bowl with the rest of the vegetables.
Chop the sauerkraut, if you have a long one, into pieces that will be convenient to eat and pick up with a spoon.
Also add green peas, salt and pepper to taste.
Season the salad with vegetable oil and stir. Enjoy your meal!
