How to make a Simple Cheesecake
Turn shortbread cookies into crumbs with a blender. Leave a small portion of the crumb for decoration.
Place the cream cheese in a blender bowl. Beat in a raw chicken egg, add powdered sugar and rum. Then beat everything thoroughly until smooth.
Combine cookie crumbs with butter and spread over ovenproof tins. Tamp the sand crumbs and pour the creamy mass over it.
Place the tins and preforms in a heat-resistant dish or in a high-rimmed baking tray. Pour water into it. Preheat oven to 140 degrees and bake cheesecakes for 45 minutes.
Then turn off the oven and let the cheesecakes sit there for another 20 minutes. Then put them in the refrigerator to "ripen" for twelve hours. Decorate the finished cheesecakes with cookie crumbs and berries. Enjoy your tea!
