How to make "Plum and Apple Pie"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, then add sour cream and vegetable oil, mix.
Mix flour with baking powder, sift and add to the dough.
Wash the apples, peel and, if desired, remove the skin. Cut into small pieces. Grease a mold (22 cm) with vegetable oil and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place the apples on the bottom of the mold.
Pour the dough over the apples.
Place the pitted halves of the plums on top of the dough. Bake the pie at 180-190 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Our pie is ready! Cool slightly, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
