How to cook "Pike Head Ear"
Rinse the fish parts. Remove the fins.
Peel and coarsely chop half of the celery, part of the carrot and the onion.
Put carrots, peppers, onions, pike, bay leaves and celery in a multicooker bowl. Then pour in the water. Put the soup on for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the peeled potatoes, leftover celery and carrots into strips.
Rinse all the greens. Remove the coarse stems and then chop finely.
Strain the finished broth. Remove all cooked vegetables. Disassemble the fish - set aside the meat, and discard the rest.
Pour the broth back into the multicooker bowl. Bring it to a boil and add vegetables.
Also add fish, rice and salt. Cook the soup for another 30 minutes.
At the end, add herbs and oil to the ear. Let the soup sit for a couple of minutes, covered. Enjoy your meal!
