- Gelatin - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Cold water - 2 tbsp. spoons

How to make "Classic Panna Cotta"
1 Mix gelatin with water and mix thoroughly. We heat the gelatin in a saucepan until it is completely dissolved. 2 In a separate container, mix the cream and sugar, bring this mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. 3 Remove the saucepan from heat and mix the cream, gelatin and vanilla. Pour into molds and cool to room temperature, then put in the refrigerator for 4 to 12 hours. 4 When serving, you can garnish the dessert with fresh berries, a sprig of mint and top with topping. Panna cotta is ready, bon appetit!
