- Flour - 250 Grams
- Sugar - 200 Grams

- Chocolate - 50 Grams
- Cream - 50 Grams
- Cream from 33% - 300 Grams
- Powdered sugar - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
How to make "Orange Cupcakes with Chocolate Filling"
Mash eggs with sugar.
Add soft butter, baking soda and flour.
Add orange zest.
Pour the finished dough into muffin tins. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cool the finished muffins.
Pour the cream over the chocolate and heat to melt the chocolate. Cool the filling and let it harden a little.
Remove the middle from the muffins and fill with the chocolate filling.
For the cream, whisk the heavy cream with the icing sugar. Decorate the muffins with a cream cap and refrigerate to freeze the cream. Enjoy your tea!
