- Dry white wine - 200 Milliliters
- Tomato Paste - 3 Teaspoons

How to cook "Pineapple Turkey"
1 Wash the meat, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into cubes. Add salt, pepper and a spoonful of flour. 2 Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Drain the marinade from the pineapples. 3 Heat oil in a skillet and brown the meat. When the meat is browned, add the chopped onion. Cook until the onion is golden brown. 4 Add wine, wait a while until the alcohol evaporates. Dissolve the tomato paste in half a cup of water and add to the turkey. Simmer the stew over low heat for 40 minutes. 5 20 minutes after starting to cook, add pineapple pieces and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water. 6 Finally add chopped dried mint or chopped fresh leaves. Add salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy your meal!
