Use room temperature turkey meat for a juicier taste. If you have an extra 1-2 hours of time, you can marinate the meat in olive oil, spices and garlic. Although I recommend using 15% sour cream, you can substitute a fatty one.

How to cook "Turkey fillet in sour cream sauce"
1 Rinse the turkey fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. 2 Put the turkey fillet in a frying pan preheated with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and fry on both sides until tender. 3 Add the chopped onion to the skillet and fry until golden brown. 4 Thoroughly salt and pepper the sour cream, stir and add to the fillet in the pan. 5 Simmer the dish over low heat, covered for 5-10 minutes, remember to stir. 6 Sprinkle finely chopped herbs over the finished dish.
