How to cook Spanish Roast Beef with Cherry Tomatoes
Wash the beef pulp under running water, peel off films and excess fat, dry with paper towels. Then cut the meat into thin slices across the grain.
Wash the parsley, cut off the stems and chop the greens with a knife. Then peel the garlic and chop it finely too. Add the herbs and garlic to the beef chunks, add salt, vegetable oil and a couple of drops of vinegar.

Bake vegetables in the oven for twenty minutes at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees, covering the baking dish with foil.
