How to cook "Pork with prunes and mustard"
Mix mustard with soy sauce.
Add chopped onions and spices. Stir.
Make small cuts on the piece of meat. Insert garlic and prunes.
Then marinate the meat in mustard-soy sauce for a few hours.
After a few hours, wrap the meat in foil and place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Then open the foil and leave the meat in the oven for another 20-30 minutes.
