How to make Normal Pumpkin Fritters

1 Add a little lemon juice to the milk. Stir, let stand for a couple of minutes until slightly thickened, 5-10 minutes will be enough. 2 Combine dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and baking powder. To distribute the seasonings evenly, stir the mixture with a whisk. 3 Combine milk and pumpkin puree in a separate bowl. 4 Make a small hole in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the pumpkin milk mixture. Stir the dough thoroughly until smooth. 5 Preheat the skillet. Lubricate it with unscented oil (you can use a silicone brush for convenience). 6 Spoon our pancakes into the pan. Cook for 1 minute on one side, then turn the pancake over and cook until tender. 7 Serve immediately hot! Garnish with whipped cream, chopped nuts and chocolate. Good appetite!
