Add some salt and some spices. Stir and remove from heat after a couple of minutes. 6 Remove the finished meat, cool a little and separate from the bone. Cut into portions and send back to the pan with pre-strained broth. 7 Add the rice, salt and cook for 15 minutes. 8 Add the dressing, stir and cook for another 10 minutes. 9 Finally, add some more spices to the saucepan. Remove from heat, cover and leave for half an hour. The greens can be added immediately or in portions before serving. Enjoy your meal!
