Sprinkle the fish with a mixture of aromatic herbs on top. Peel the onion, rinse it under water. We also wash the lemon, cut the lemon and onion into slices. Stuff the sterlet with the first half. 3 We spread the fish on a baking sheet, previously covered with foil. Sprinkle on top with the rest of the lemon and onion, as well as fresh chopped herbs.
