How to make "Plum Pie (Classic)"
Prepare the food you need. Wash and dry the plums.
Combine flour, sugar, butter and eggs in a blender bowl, beat until smooth. Gather the dough into a ball, divide into 2 parts, one slightly larger than the other. Place most of it in the refrigerator, less in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Cut the plums into halves, remove the seeds.
Spread most of the dough over the bottom and sides of a baking dish (19x14 cm), prick the dough with a fork.
