Prepare the food you need. Boil the rice in salted water (1 cup) until tender, fold on a sieve, let cool. Wash the vegetables, peel the onions.
Chop the onion, fry in hot vegetable oil until soft, cool. Combine minced meat, rice, onion, utskho-suneli, salt, ground pepper, tomato juice in a bowl. Stir.
Cut the zucchini into halves. Make boats, core and seeds of the squash with a tablespoon. Place the boats in a baking dish or baking sheet.
