Cooking description:

The RARE degree of roasting corresponds to raw, so do not be alarmed if the cutlets are golden on the outside and raw on the inside for making pies, as it should be. These bombshell pies are perfect for noisy get-togethers with a company, and simply, if you want to surprise your other half or family. I think it would be very appropriate to serve fries with a couple of sauces for a change with such pies. Enjoy your meal!

How to cook "Bomb Pies"

1 Onion sauce. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 finely chopped onions and sauté lightly. Add finely chopped garlic, sugar, wine, vinegar and cook until the liquid is reduced and thickens. 2 Filling. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 egg and finely grated carrots until smooth. Divide the mixture into quarters. Wet your hands lightly and gently form 4 pieces into balls. Using the palm of your hand, gently squeeze each ball into a flat cutlet. Transfer to a serving dish, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 3 Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Heat a lightly oiled baking sheet. After the baking sheet is hot enough, place the resulting cutlets on it and fry them on 2 sides until golden brown. Make sure the cutlets are RARE. Cool the finished cutlets. 4 Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Using a round glass that is wide in diameter (slightly larger in diameter than the patties), cut 8 circles. For every 4 parts of the slices, place a cooled cutlet, and onion sauce on top. 5 Whisk 1 egg with water and brush over the edges of the remaining circles. Turn the circles over and pinch each pie with the greased edges inward. Grease the tops of each pie with the remaining egg mixture and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
