There are a number of American pasta-based salads. Many are skeptical about such dishes. But, I do not recommend that you rush that way. You should always try it first, so that you can tell for sure whether you like the dish or not. In my opinion, the salad is noteworthy. I cooked it for breakfast and all my family members appreciated it. My daughter liked it the most. Try this American-style salad. I think you will like it!

How to make "Big Mac Pasta Salad"
To prepare the salad, take ground beef, pasta (horns or other small variety of pasta), smoked bacon, onions, mayonnaise, mustard, a little tomato paste, broth, lettuce, tomatoes, vegetable oil, butter, hard cheese, spices.
Pour some vegetable oil into the pan. Chop the smoked bacon and sauté in oil. We add the oil to give the bacon a chance to brown without turning the bacon into chips. Must stay soft. Roasting time will take about 3 minutes.
Spoon the bacon from the skillet into a separate bowl. We will fry the cutlets in the same oil. Form cutlets from the minced meat (do not salt the minced meat). Fry on one side. Season the raw side of the cutlet with salt and pepper. Turn the patty over to the other side. We do this so that during frying, the cutlet does not let the meat juice and remains juicy. Cook the patties until tender.
Boil water. Boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Drain the water. Leave a little water (3-4 tablespoons will be enough).
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, but not too finely. Ideally use cherry tomatoes, but I didn't have them today. I use regular small tomatoes. Cut the lettuce leaves into strips. Chop the onions.
Prepare the sauce. Mix a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, 0.5 teaspoons of tomato sauce (ketchup), 1 teaspoon of mustard, add a little vinegar and a couple of tablespoons of water in which the pasta, salt and spices were cooked. Mix well. Chop the gherkins and add to the sauce, stir. You will get a slightly liquid, homogeneous sauce.
Add bacon, cutlets (it is better to crumble them a little), onions, lettuce, tomatoes, sauce to the boiled pasta.
Stir. Add the grated cheese crust and stir again.
Place a portion of the salad on a flat plate, sprinkling generously with grated cheese.
Serve the dish directly to the table. It is customary to eat such a salad both cold and hot, but only cooked and warm / hot, I like it the most. Although, this is of course a matter of taste. Try it!
