- Flour - 275 Grams
- Sugar - 200 Grams
- Orange - 1 Piece

- Vegetable oil - 200 Milliliters
- Baking dough - 10 grams
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon
- Vanillin - 1 Gram
- Cinnamon - 1/4 Teaspoon (ground)
- Ginger - 1/4 Teaspoon (ground)
- Cloves - 1/4 Teaspoon (ground)
- Nutmeg - 1 Pinch (ground)
- Salt - 1 Pinch
How to make Pumpkin Nut Pie
Prepare all ingredients.
Boil the pumpkin until tender and puree.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Then add butter in portions and beat again.
Add the egg mass to the pumpkin puree and mix.
Add here a flour mixture with spices, chopped walnuts not too finely, grated orange zest and freshly squeezed juice from half an orange.
Stir and pour the dough into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Pumpkin pie with walnuts is ready.
