- Pumpkin - 250 Grams
- Cheese - 100 Grams
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Flour - 0.5 cups
- Ginger - To taste (slightly less walnut)
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Greens - To taste (any, I have parsley)
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - To taste (for frying)
How to make Spicy Pumpkin Cheese Pancakes
Prepare all ingredients.
Grate pumpkin and cheese on a coarse grater.
Add flour, salt, pepper, egg, chopped herbs, finely grated ginger and garlic.
Mix well. It may seem that the dough is thick, but let it sit for about one hour, during which time the pumpkin will let the juice out.
Preheat a skillet with oil and spoon the dough into the desired shape.
Fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat until tender.
