- Mashed potatoes - 300 Grams
- Flour - 100 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to make Potato Cookies
Prepare all ingredients. Boil the potatoes beforehand and mash or use leftovers from dinner.
Add vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste to the cold potatoes.
Stir and add flour in portions.
Knead a soft dough. Flour may take a little more than indicated in the recipe, it all depends on the thickness of the finished puree.
Roll out the dough into a layer about 5 mm thick, dusting the table with flour.
Roll the dough into a roll and cut into 4 pieces.
Roll out each part and stack it in a stack.
Roll the cakes back into a layer, about 5 mm thick and cut out the cookies with the figures.
