- Chicken fillet - 400 grams (breast)
- Cottage cheese - 200 Grams
- Adyghe cheese - 6 Art. spoons (finely grated)
- Zucchini - 1.5 Cups (coarsely grated)
- Milk - 200 Milliliters
- Onion - 0.5 Pieces
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
How to cook "Curd-chicken balls with zucchini sauce"
Prepare all ingredients.
Scroll the chicken breast and cottage cheese through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper to taste and 2 tbsp. l. grated cheese.
Mix the minced meat well until smooth.
Dice the onion and microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
Add the grated zucchini and microwave for another 2 minutes.
Pour in milk, add salt and pepper to taste. If cooking for children, exclude pepper from the recipe.
Punch through the mass with a blender. The sauce is ready.
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and form small balls from the minced meat. Place them in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce over the balls.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs if desired. Curd-chicken balls with zucchini sauce are ready.
