How to cook "Chicken cutlets with mustard"
Wash the chicken fillet, peeled onions and garlic. Pour white bread or a loaf with boiled water, squeeze out of the water after five minutes. Mince the fillet, onion, garlic and loaf through a meat grinder. Add mayonnaise and mustard.
Salt the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
Form the patties. Dip them in bread crumbs or bread crumbs.
Pour the sunflower oil into the skillet, heat and place the patties.
