How to make Marble Pattern Cookies
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Whisk the egg and sugar.
Grate the margarine on a coarse grater.
Add sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Knead a soft dough.
Divide the dough in two. Add to one part cocoa and stir until smooth.
Connect both parts of the dough and form a tourniquet.
Pinch off a small amount of dough and roll into balls. Place slightly apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in a hot oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cool and serve.
