How to cook "Domlyama with chicken"
Put the chicken pieces in a deep frying pan or cauldron. Pour in sunflower oil.
Fry the chicken lightly on all sides.
Chop the carrots and onions at random. I have onions in half rings, and carrots in circles. Add to the cauldron. Salt, add bay leaf, dried basil.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, not small. Put it in a cauldron.
Slice the cabbage, do not cut too thin. Add to vegetables and chicken.
Peel the eggplant, cut into circles or cubes, it does not matter.
Cut the tomatoes into circles and place on top. Salt.
Pour 50 ml of water into the cauldron, cover and simmer vegetables with chicken over low heat for 35-40 minutes until tender. Be sure to try at the end and if you don't have enough salt, add. Also add chopped garlic.
