- Walnuts - 100 Grams
- Boiled condensed milk - 200 Grams
- Milk - 1 Glass
- Butter - 200 grams (100 gr - for cream, 100 gr - for dough)
How to make Caramel Cream Honey Cake
Prepare the ingredients so they are on hand. This will make the cake preparation process faster and easier.
Cook the dough in a water bath. Put sugar, honey and butter in a saucepan, mix everything until smooth.
Add baking soda. The mixture should lighten and double in size.
Remove the pan from heat and add the eggs, stir until smooth.
Add the sifted flour in small portions and knead the dough until a viscous, thick, homogeneous mass.
Place the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and form into balls.
Roll out each ball of dough with a rolling pin and trim off the edges.
Bake each cake for 3-5 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown. Bake the cuttings as well, then crumble.
Prepare the cream. Sift flour into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add sugar and milk, mix everything. Cook over low heat until thickened. Pour the chilled milk mixture, condensed milk and softened butter into the blender bowl, whisk everything thoroughly until smooth.
Lubricate the cakes with cream, not forgetting the edges. If desired, every second cake can be sandwiched with crushed nuts. Decorate the finished cake with crumbs and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Enjoy your tea!
