How to cook "Ladies fingers with sour cream"
Pour water into a small saucepan, add salt and add 150 grams of butter. Heat this all over low heat to melt the butter.
Sift the flour through a sieve and add it to the butter mixture. Quickly knead the dough, which should be soft and not stick to your hands.
Leave the dough to cool for five minutes. Then beat raw chicken eggs into it and mix thoroughly with a spoon or whisk until smooth.
Place the dough in a cooking bag. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Place a small lady's finger dough on it. Then bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the sour cream, icing sugar and a little vanilla using a mixer. The mass should become a homogeneous consistency.
Put the cooled "ladies' fingers" into a baking dish, add sour cream cream to them. Mix the cream with the cookies thoroughly and refrigerate to set.
