Having once tried fish sticks in one famous fast food, my child fell in love with them. So that the child does not eat fast food cooked in old oil, I decided to cook a la deep-fried fish at home. Not having a deep fryer, I got used to a frying pan with enough oil, everything works!

- Flour - 1 Glass
- Salt, pepper - To taste
- Chicken eggs - 2 Pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 2 Glasses
- Vegetable oil - 1 Glass
How to cook Deep Fried Fish
Prepare fish fillets: rinse well and remove pits.
Prepare the breading in three separate bowls. Put the flour mixed with salt and pepper in the first container, beat the eggs in the second. Place the breadcrumbs in the third.
Dip each fillet in flour.
Then dip it into the egg.
The last stage of breading will be crackers. Dip the fish fillets in breadcrumbs.
In a well-heated heavy frying pan with a decent amount of oil (so that it covers the fish), send the fillets to fry. Fry it until golden brown, 3 minutes on each side. After each batch, I advise you to drain the oil and pour in a new one. Enjoy your meal!
