How to make Pumpkin Liver Rolls
Prepare all ingredients. Boil the liver in advance and cool.
Grate the liver with a coarse grater.
Sauté one diced onion with butter and add to the liver.
Add 1-2 tbsp. l. sour cream and stir. The filling is ready.
Coarsely grate the remaining onion, potatoes and pumpkin.
Add flour, eggs, salt and pepper, or any other spices to taste.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil and lay out the vegetable mass in the form of a cake, leveling it with a spoon. Try to make the cakes as thin as possible. Depending on their diameter, 4-6 pieces come out. I got 4 cakes.
Place the liver filling on top of the pumpkin pie, tuck the edges, and roll up the roll.
Prepare all the rolls this way and place them in a greased baking dish.
Brush the top with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Pumpkin rolls with liver are ready. Serve hot.
Enjoy your meal!
