How to make "Chicken Curd Pies"
Prepare all ingredients. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes immediately.
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, salt and sugar.
Add egg, flour and baking soda.
Knead to a soft, non-sticky dough, add more flour if necessary. Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
