How to make Sufganiet Donuts
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Add yeast, sugar to warm water (warm for your finger) and stir.
Add eggs, butter and vanilla sugar. Stir well again.
Gradually add sifted flour and salt, knead the dough. Grease the container with a small amount of vegetable oil, put the dough there, cover and place in a warm place so that the dough rises. For 1 hour.
Our dough has increased in volume. It is necessary to crumple it and divide it into 12 approximately equal parts, roll it into balls.
Place the blanks on a baking sheet with baking paper, cover and put them back in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Our balls have risen. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Let the finished donuts cool until warm.
And with the help of a pastry syringe, fill with any jam.
Our Sufganiyet donuts are ready. Store chilled donuts in a sealed container or sealed bag. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
Enjoy your meal!
