How to cook "Tomato sauce with pepper in a slow cooker"
Wash the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Rinse the pepper, peel and cut into slices. Peel the onions and cut into large pieces.
Place the prepared vegetables in the multicooker bowl and set the "Stew" mode. Cook vegetables for 2 hours. Then drain the resulting liquid.
Place vegetables in a sieve and grind them through it. You can also use a blender. Put the grated vegetables in the multicooker bowl, add vinegar, sugar, salt, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, black pepper and chili to them.
Set the "Stew" mode in the multicooker and cook the dish for another 40 minutes so that it acquires the required consistency. Pour the finished sauce into sterilized jars and tighten the lids.
