I love this recipe as I don't have to mess with the berries. Put whole bunches in a saucepan and make jam. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Also consider the grape variety. If the grapes are a little sour, add 1: 1.

How to make Thick Blue Grape Jam
Let's prepare the ingredients.
We put my grapes in bunches in a saucepan. Press a little to make the juice stand out. Put the pan on the fire and bring to a boil.
After boiling, the grapes became soft. We push it thoroughly, it is advisable to crush all the berries.
We filter the grape juice through a sieve. Remove seeds, twigs and skins.
Pour the grape juice into a saucepan and add sugar. For a liter of juice, about 700 grams of sugar. We put the pan on the stove. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 hours.
I cooked the jam for 1.5 hours. It thickened and became darker. We check the consistency. Pour a spoonful of jam on a saucer and cool. If the jam is thick enough, roll it up, if it's thin, cook it again.
Pour boiling jam into sterile jars and roll up with metal lids. Done!
