Let's start the preparation by mixing coffee and cocoa in warm water in a separate container. We alter until uniform.
Mix the egg yolks thoroughly with sugar until it is completely dissolved.
Add vegetable oil to the mixture.
Now carefully mix this mixture with coffee and cocoa.
We introduce baking powder, soda and sifted flour. Add dry ingredients to coffee dough and mix well.
Beat the whites with a mixer with salt.
Beat the whites until they look like fluffy foam.
Now gently mix the egg whites into the dough. The main thing is to mix smoothly so as not to disturb the air structure.
Pour the dough into a baking dish.
We bake the cake at a temperature of 150 degrees for 50 minutes.
The finished cake will need to be allowed to cool, then cut into 4 pieces and brush each with sweetened whipped cream.
Let's start preparing the cream. To do this, mix egg yolks, water and condensed milk. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
We put the mixture in a water bath and wait until all the ingredients become a single mass. It is important to stir constantly.
