Desserts in cups are always very tender and tasty. You can use just berries, but I prefer to prepare the berry filling so that the berries are heat treated. So they are less likely to turn sour when combined with cream.

How to make "Strawberry Trifles with Curd Cream"
Grind the biscuit into crumbs.
Chop the strawberries, add sugar and starch. Stir and put on fire. Heat to thicken the mass a little.
Mash cottage cheese with sour cream. Whisk the cream and icing sugar separately. Then mix both masses.
Put a little cooled berry filling on the bottom of each glass.
Then a layer of biscuit crumbs and a layer of cream. Then repeat all three layers again. Let the finished desserts sit in the refrigerator for a while to soak and cool.
Enjoy your meal!
