- Sugar - 1.5 Glasses
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Milk - 1 Glass
- Butter - 300 Grams
- Shortbread cookies - 8 pieces
How to make "Marshmallow cake"
1 Whisk eggs and sugar. 2 Add milk and cook over low heat, not boiling until thickened. 3 Soften the butter and combine with the custard. Beat with a mixer. 4 Cut the marshmallow lengthwise into thirds. 5 Start assembling the cake. Lay the layers on the dish in the following sequence: marshmallow, cream, crushed cookies, cream, marshmallow.
