Making garlic bread with mozzarella is not difficult at all, and the result will please you very much! The bread is tender, airy and delicious! It can be safely served both with morning coffee and with first hot courses, as an alternative to store-bought bread. How to make "Garlic Mozzarella Bread"
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine egg, salt and sugar.
Add room temperature milk and 40 grams of chilled melted butter.
Stir, add flour and yeast.
Knead the dough. Perhaps the flour will go a little more than indicated in the recipe. The dough should end up quite firm, but not clogged with flour. Gather the dough into a ball and transfer to a silicone mat. Place the rug on a baking sheet, cover the dough with a large cup, and heat for 20 minutes. I preheated the oven to 50 degrees and put the covered dough in it.
Meanwhile, combine 20 grams of soft butter and minced garlic.
Cut the cheese into small squares, about 3 mm thick and 2 cm high.
From the approached dough, form an oval-shaped cake about 3 cm thick right on the rug and make longitudinal and transverse cuts along the entire surface, as in the photo.
Lubricate the entire surface with garlic oil, and then use the knife to go over the grooves again.
Insert the cheese into the slots on the dough. Beauty is not important here, how it goes!
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Garlic bread with mozzarella is ready!
Cool slightly and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
