How to cook "Japanese omelet with rice"
Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and send to fry in a pan with heated oil.
Add finely chopped zucchini to soft onions.
When the vegetables are ready, send rice to them, fry everything together for 1-2 minutes, add salt, ketchup and reduce heat to low, covering the pan with a lid.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of cold water until foamy. Fry the omelet in a separate skillet. When you flip the omelet to the other side, place a strip of rice and vegetables in the middle.
