How to make "Curd Peat Pie with Prunes"
Prepare the required peat crumb products. Roast the oatmeal in a dry frying pan for 2 minutes until a nutty smell appears, grind into crumbs.
Mix dry ingredients in a deep bowl. Add softened butter, stir quickly into crumbs.
Prepare the necessary stuffing products. For those with a sweet tooth, the amount of sugar can be increased. Pour prunes with warm water for 15 minutes, drain.
Kill the cottage cheese with a blender until smooth without grains. Add sour cream, sugar, starch, beat until smooth. Add prunes and candied strawberries.
Cover the bottom of a split baking dish (diameter - 19 cm) with baking parchment. Spread half the peat crumb and the curd filling over the bottom of the mold.
Distribute the rest of the crumbs on top, send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Cool completely. Run a sharp knife along the sides of the mold, remove the mold. You can help yourself, but it is better to let it brew for a couple of hours.
Enjoy your meal!
