Preparing a salad is quick and easy, but despite the usual ingredients, the taste will exceed all your expectations. It can be served as an appetizer or even at lunchtime, as a main course. Suitable for the table on holidays and weekdays. Very juicy, hearty and tasty salad. Instead of pickled cucumbers, you can take pickled ones, a matter of taste.

- Chicken breast fillet - 250 Grams
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Pickled cucumber - 2 Pieces
- Sunflower oil - 20 Milliliters
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
How to make Chicken Omelet Noodle Salad
Cook the chicken breast fillets. Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Place on stove, bring to a boil, remove foam and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
While the fillet is cooking, peel the carrots, wash and cut into strips. Place in a skillet.
Peel, wash and chop a small onion. Add to the carrots in the skillet. Pour in sunflower oil.
Simmer the carrots and onions for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the boiled breast from the pan, refrigerate.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips and place in a salad bowl.
Tear the chicken fillet into fibers and add to the cucumbers.
Add stewed carrots and onions to the salad.
Beat the egg as if for an omelet, add a little salt. Pour into a hot skillet with a little sunflower oil. Toast the omelet.
Chill the omelet and slice like noodles. Add to salad.
Salt to taste and season with mayonnaise. I have it at home, but you can take it from the store, it's also not bad.
Stir the salad.
